Produced by Biote Nutraceuticals, DIM SGS+ is our next product up for review. On their website, it is clear that this company is passionate about improving health through balancing hormones. While their focus is mainly on hormone replacement, DIM SGS+ does not contain any hormones, but rather operates similarly to other DIM supplements.

What we really liked about this product is its formula. It contains 150 mg DIM, less than our first pick but more than our second. It also provides Sulforaphane Glucosinolate (SGS) which is extracted from Brassica plants. (The Brassica plant family contains broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and a few other cruciferous vegetables). Therefore, even though this product doesn’t contain Broccoli Sprouts which was on our must-have list, it does contain its main active component for helping protect against damage caused by estrogens. Lastly, it supplies antioxidants that come from Pomegranate Extract.

The reason this product ranked lower is because there was no mention of third-party testing which would ensure purity of the ingredients. Additionally, we could not find any mention of a satisfaction guarantee which would display the manufacturer’s confidence in the efficacy of their product.
